Sustainability
Our Approach to Sustainability
At Pembroke Olive Downs, sustainability is central to how we operate. We are committed to responsible practices that protect the environment, support our communities, and create long-term value. Through strong governance and continuous improvement, we aim to make a positive and lasting impact across all areas of our work.

Health and Safety
Safety is our highest priority.
We proactively identify and manage risks to protect our people and the communities where we operate, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.

Community
At Pembroke Olive Downs, we believe strong communities and resilient regional economies are the cornerstone of long-term success.
We work in partnership with local communities to deliver lasting benefits that extend well beyond the life of the Olive Downs Complex. From local job creation and regional supplier investment to essential infrastructure support, our community initiatives aim to uplift Moranbah, Dysart, Coppabella, Nebo and Valkyrie.
